Shipping Information
UK Delivery

Please Note:
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient
- We ship Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays
- Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days. During busy periods (such as sales or holidays), processing may take up to 3-4 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:
- Check your tracking information for the latest status
- Check with neighbours or a safe place where the parcel may have been left
- Contact us if your parcel shows as delivered but you haven’t received it
For lost or missing parcels, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Returns Information
Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging where possible
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Earrings (unless faulty)
- Incense, oils, or candles that have been opened
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Sale items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
How to Return an Item

- Receive Authorisation: We will provide you with return instructions and a returns form
- Pack Securely: Wrap items carefully to prevent damage during transit
- Ship Your Return: Send your package using a tracked delivery service
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind: Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: We will cover return postage costs
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please follow the returns process above and indicate that you would like an exchange. If there is a price difference, we will either refund or charge the difference accordingly.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or fault
- A description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
