Giftcard Terms

Thank you for purchasing or receiving a Mystic Fantasy Gift Card. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they govern the purchase, use, and redemption of all Mystic Fantasy gift cards.
1. Definitions
“Gift Card” refers to any digital gift card or gift voucher purchased from or issued by Mystic Fantasy, redeemable for products at mysticfantasy.co.uk.
“Card Balance” refers to the monetary value remaining on a Gift Card at any given time.
“Recipient” refers to the person who receives and uses the Gift Card.
2. Purchase and Delivery
2.1 Gift Cards are available for purchase in the following denominations: £10, £25, £50, £75, and £100. Custom amounts may also be available.
2.2 Digital Gift Cards are delivered via email to the recipient’s email address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours.
2.3 It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the recipient’s email address is correct. Mystic Fantasy is not responsible for Gift Cards sent to incorrect email addresses.
2.4 Gift Cards are activated upon successful payment and are ready for immediate use once received.
3. No Expiration
3.1 In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and UK consumer protection law, Mystic Fantasy Gift Cards do not expire.
3.2 The full value of your Gift Card remains available indefinitely until used.
4. Redemption
4.1 Gift Cards can be redeemed at checkout on mysticfantasy.co.uk by entering the unique Gift Card code in the designated field.
4.2 Partial redemption is permitted. If your order total is less than your Gift Card balance, the remaining balance will stay on your Gift Card for future use.
4.3 Multiple Gift Cards can be applied to a single order, subject to system limitations.
4.4 Gift Cards can be used in conjunction with other promotional codes unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
4.5 Gift Cards cannot be used to:
- Purchase other Gift Cards
- Pay for shipping on orders where the Gift Card covers the full product cost
5. Balance Enquiries
5.1 You can check your Gift Card balance at any time by:
- Using the balance checker on our website
- Entering your Gift Card code at checkout (the available balance will be displayed)
- Contacting our customer service team
6. No Cash Value
6.1 Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, cheque, or credit, except where required by law.
6.2 Gift Cards are not refundable once purchased, except in the following circumstances:
- The Gift Card was purchased in error and has not been used or sent to a recipient
- As required by applicable consumer protection laws
6.3 If a refund is issued for an order paid with a Gift Card, the refund will be credited back to the Gift Card, not as cash.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Gift Cards
7.1 Gift Cards are treated like cash. Mystic Fantasy is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards.
7.2 Protect your Gift Card code and do not share it with anyone other than the intended recipient.
7.3 In exceptional circumstances, if you can provide proof of purchase and the Gift Card has not been redeemed, we may be able to issue a replacement at our discretion. Please contact customer service.
8. Fraud Prevention
8.1 We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards and orders if we suspect fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.
8.2 Gift Cards obtained through fraudulent means will be voided without refund.
8.3 If you receive a request for Gift Card payment from someone claiming to represent Mystic Fantasy outside of our official website, please do not comply and report it to us immediately. We will never ask for Gift Card codes as payment via phone, email, or social media.
9. Corporate and Bulk Orders
9.1 For corporate gifts or bulk Gift Card purchases, please contact us at support@mysticfantasy.co.uk for special arrangements and potential discounts.
10. Limitations
10.1 Gift Cards are valid only at mysticfantasy.co.uk and cannot be used at any other retailer or website.
10.2 Gift Cards have no value until activated through purchase.
10.3 We reserve the right to limit the number of Gift Cards that can be purchased or redeemed in a single transaction.
11. Changes to Terms
11.1 Mystic Fantasy reserves the right to amend these Gift Card Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
11.2 Any changes will not affect Gift Cards already purchased or the balance remaining on existing Gift Cards.
12. Data Protection
12.1 Personal information collected during Gift Card purchase and redemption is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws including the UK GDPR.
12.2 Recipient email addresses are used solely for Gift Card delivery and are not added to marketing lists unless separately consented.
13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13.3 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
