Loyalty points Terms

Welcome to the Mystic Fantasy Rewards Programme! By participating in our loyalty programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Programme Overview
The Mystic Fantasy Rewards Programme (“the Programme”) allows registered customers to earn points on qualifying purchases, which can be redeemed for discounts on future orders at mysticfantasy.co.uk.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Programme, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a registered account at mysticfantasy.co.uk
- Reside in the United Kingdom or an eligible delivery country
- Agree to these Terms and Conditions
3. Earning Points
3.1 Points are earned on qualifying purchases at a rate of 1 point per £1 spent (excluding shipping costs, taxes, and any discounts applied).
3.2 Points are awarded once your order has been marked as completed. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or returned will not earn points, and any points already credited may be deducted from your account.
3.3 Bonus points may be offered during promotional periods at our discretion. Any promotional point offers will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
3.4 Points cannot be earned on:
- Gift card purchases
- Shipping and delivery charges
- Previously placed orders
- Orders paid partially or fully with redeemed points
4. Membership Tiers
The Programme includes four membership tiers based on total points earned:

| 🥈 Silver | 500 – 1,499 points | 1.25x points multiplier |
| 🥇 Gold | 1,500 – 4,999 points | 1.5x points multiplier |
| 💎 Platinum | 5,000+ points | 2x points multiplier |
Tier status is calculated based on lifetime points earned and is reviewed periodically.
5. Redeeming Points
5.1 Points can be redeemed for discounts at checkout at a rate of 100 points = £1.00.
5.2 A minimum of 100 points is required to make a redemption.
5.3 Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another account, or exchanged for gift cards.
5.4 Redemptions cannot exceed the order total (excluding shipping). Any excess points will remain in your account.
5.5 Once points are redeemed, they cannot be reinstated to your account, even if the order is subsequently cancelled or returned.
6. Points Expiration
6.1 Points do not expire as long as your account remains active.
6.2 An account is considered inactive if no qualifying purchase or redemption has been made within 24 months. Inactive accounts may have their points balance forfeited.
6.3 We will send a reminder email before any points are forfeited due to inactivity.
7. Account Responsibility
7.1 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Points redeemed through your account are your responsibility.
7.2 Points balances are not transferable between accounts under any circumstances.
7.3 We reserve the right to combine or close duplicate accounts and adjust points balances accordingly.
8. Programme Changes and Termination
8.1 Mystic Fantasy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time, with reasonable notice provided to members.
8.2 We may change the points earning rate, redemption value, tier thresholds, or any other aspect of the Programme. Changes will be communicated via email and/or on our website.
8.3 In the event of Programme termination, members will be given a reasonable period to redeem any outstanding points.
9. Abuse and Fraud
9.1 Any abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms may result in:
- Forfeiture of all accumulated points
- Termination of Programme membership
- Cancellation of orders placed using fraudulently obtained points
- Closure of your mysticfantasy.co.uk account
9.2 We reserve the right to audit accounts and adjust points balances if errors or fraudulent activity is detected.
10. Data Protection
Your participation in the Programme is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
11. Limitation of Liability
Points have no cash value and do not constitute property. Mystic Fantasy shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the Programme, including technical errors affecting points balances, except where required by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
